Help with Vislivo

Version 1.0 • October 6, 2026

Using Vislivo.

Start with a service record

Create a record and enter a title and date. A client name is optional. Add notes and adapt the checklist to the work. In your professional profile, you can include the name and contact information you want shown in reports.

How do I organize photos?

Select photos through your device picker or use the camera, then indicate whether they show before or after the work. Each record allows up to 20 photos. Vislivo stores JPEG copies with a maximum long edge of 1,600 pixels and a maximum size of 1 MiB per image; gallery originals remain unchanged. Faces, license plates and other visible information remain in the image. If a photo is rejected, try another compatible image. Cloud-only photos may need to be downloaded by the system before selection.

How do I send a report?

Review the title, date, client, contact details, checklist, notes and photos. Generate the PDF and check the result before selecting an app or destination in the system share sheet. Recipients do not need Vislivo. Sending depends on your selected app; Vislivo does not confirm delivery or reading. A PDF is not an expert inspection or certification.

Can I work offline?

Yes. Creating, editing and viewing records, preparing PDFs and reading these documents works on your device. Sending files, receiving email support or accessing a file held by a remote provider may require internet outside Vislivo. This version has no account, report server, advertising or subscription.

How do I back up or change devices?

In Settings, choose export backup and save the .vislivo file in a protected location. It contains records and profile information, including photos. Do this regularly and before removing the app. Files have no Vislivo password and are limited to 64 MiB (67,108,864 bytes); photos and text may reach the size limit before the maximum record count. A PDF cannot restore editable records. On the other device, import the backup, read the preview and confirm. Version 1 of the format is shared by iOS and Android. Import adds new identifiers; an existing local record with the same identifier is preserved. The backup profile is only used when the local profile is empty. There is no automatic synchronization or merging of changes within the same record.

My backup is too large or was rejected

Import accepts the supported .vislivo format and version, with up to 64 MiB, 200 records and 20 photos per record. Having fewer than 200 records does not guarantee that the file fits the size limit. Check that the download finished and that the file is a Vislivo backup, not a PDF. If it was created by a newer version, look for a compatible update. Preserve the original copy. Do not modify the file or delete important records merely to attempt an import; ask for guidance if needed.

The camera will not open

On iOS, check Vislivo camera permission in system settings. On Android, Vislivo opens a camera application on your device: check that a compatible application is available, opens normally and has the permissions it needs to take a photo. There is no Vislivo CAMERA permission to enable on Android. You can continue without the camera or select an existing photo. The system picker only makes content you authorize available. For a cloud-only image, first open it in your photo app to finish downloading it.

The app cannot save or generate a PDF

Check available storage and try again. Keep the error message. Avoid uninstalling or clearing app data as a first step. If the app says a local file is invalid or belongs to a future version, preserve it; recovery requires a valid copy and an explicit action. Contact support before taking a step that may remove records.

How do I delete my data?

Delete records and photos you no longer need and edit your profile details. Deleting a record does not remove the original gallery photo or previously exported PDFs and backups. Remove those copies in the applications where you saved them. Offloading an app while keeping documents on iOS differs from deleting it. There is no Vislivo account to close and no report server holding your records. The app may also keep temporary camera, preview or sharing files, removed when certain flows finish or during cleanup on later use. Cleanup can be delayed if the app is force-closed or not reopened; there is no guaranteed deletion deadline. After recovery, a copy of the previous local file is preserved to avoid data loss and is not removed when a library record is deleted. To remove all Vislivo local files, clear its data on Android or delete the app through the operating system; first export the records you want to keep. This does not delete files held by other applications or device backups.

A client requested access or deletion

If you recorded the client's information, locate the relevant records, provide appropriate access and handle the request under applicable law. Check exported PDFs, backups and shared copies too. LEVELHARD cannot remotely inspect or delete your local database.

If no email app is available, copy the address and use your preferred service. No response time or emergency support is guaranteed.
