Vislivo terms of use
Version 1.0 • October 6, 2026
Conditions for using the app.
What the app does
Vislivo, published by Roque Ribeiro under the LEVELHARD brand, helps organize service records and prepare photo reports. It brings together information you enter, before-and-after photos, checklists and notes. Recipients can read the PDF without installing the app. Contact: roque.ribeiro@levelhard.com.br.
Use and license
You may install and use the app on compatible devices and create personal or professional reports under these terms and the conditions of the store where you obtained it. This version has no in-app purchases or subscription. Any future paid offer must disclose its conditions before purchase; use of this version does not authorize future charges. For App Store distribution, Apple's standard license applies when no custom license is registered: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Your content remains yours
You retain the rights you hold in your text and photos. The app uses this content on your device to perform the features you choose; these terms do not give LEVELHARD the right to publish, sell or use your reports in advertising. You may share PDFs and export records. Use only content you are entitled to use and obtain required permissions to record and share people, property, brands or documents.
Reviewing a report
Before sending, review the client, date, description, photos, checklist, outstanding items and professional contact details. You provide the information; the app does not verify that work was performed, that an image is authentic or that a date matches when a photo was taken. Marking a record complete organizes your records; it is not client acceptance. Photos are resized copies and do not retain original metadata; keep originals separately when you need them.
What a report does not represent
A PDF is an organization and communication document. The app does not provide engineering, expert inspection, certification, technical surveying, diagnosis, accounting or legal services. It does not create a certified digital signature, trusted timestamp, chain of custody or authenticity guarantee. A report's use as evidence depends on the circumstances and applicable rules; Vislivo does not promise its acceptance by clients, insurers, authorities or courts. It does not replace documents or qualified professionals required for your activity.
Templates and professional responsibility
Checklists are editable starting points. Adapt them to the agreed work and check that they are complete. The app does not approve procedures, certify safety or guarantee the results of services you provide. Do not use it to fabricate evidence, conceal relevant facts or infringe others' rights. These conditions do not exclude the publisher's legal responsibility for defects in the application itself.
Storage, exports and recovery
Vislivo operates locally and offers no cloud account for data recovery. Make manual backups in a protected location, particularly before changing devices, deleting the app or clearing its data. A .vislivo file is limited to 64 MiB (67,108,864 bytes) and has no Vislivo password or file encryption. An exported PDF is a reading copy and does not replace an editable backup. Import shows a preview before confirmation. It adds records with new identifiers, preserves local records with an existing identifier and keeps the local profile unless it is empty. Importing an older backup is not synchronization or automatic replacement of all records. Invalid files, future format versions or exceeded limits may be rejected. Do not rename or modify backup contents to try to bypass validation. If storage fails, preserve the original file and ask for guidance before deleting data.
Sharing and third parties
You choose which files to send and to whom. Review content and protect client information. Messaging applications, storage providers, email and system services operate under their own terms. Deleting a record in Vislivo does not recall previously shared copies. The privacy policy explains local processing and contact with support.
Quality, rights and support
The app may encounter problems, including insufficient storage, incompatible files or system interruptions. If something does not work as described, contact us with the app version and issue. We work to correct defects but do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every future operating system version. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory warranties, compensation rights, Brazil's Consumer Protection Code where applicable, or other mandatory rights. There is no blanket disclaimer of liability, automatic compensation cap or mandatory arbitration.
Updates and ending use
Updates may fix problems and change features, system requirements or formats. Material changes to these terms will have a version and date and be communicated appropriately; they do not authorize retroactive uses of your information or remove vested rights. You may stop using the app, export your records and delete local data. Keep any copy you need before deleting.
Applicable law and resolving concerns
The law applicable to the relationship and your place of use applies, with mandatory consumer and data protection rules preserved. Contacting support first does not limit your access to consumer protection bodies, a data protection authority or a competent court. No exclusive venue is imposed that removes rights provided by law.
