Privacy in Vislivo

Version 1.0 • October 6, 2026

How Vislivo handles your information.

In a few words

Your service records stay on your device. Vislivo requires no account, has no report server and does not send your content to LEVELHARD. You choose when to export or share. Shared files and system backups have separate considerations explained below.

Publisher and contact

Vislivo is published by Roque Ribeiro under the LEVELHARD brand. For support and privacy requests, contact roque.ribeiro@levelhard.com.br. This policy covers version 1.0 for iOS and Android; the website and third-party services have their own policies.

What the app uses on your device

The app stores service titles and dates, the optional client name or reference you enter, notes, checklists, status, selected photos and optional professional profile information such as your name, business and contact details. This information supports your history, PDF reports and backups. Internal identifiers distinguish records; they are not advertising identifiers. The app does not request your location, address book or microphone.

Photos and permissions

You select photos through the system picker or use the camera when creating a record. On iOS, Vislivo requests camera permission when you use that feature. On Android, Vislivo opens a camera application on your device, which uses its own permissions; Vislivo does not request the CAMERA permission. If the camera is unavailable or not authorized, you can continue using other features and select an existing photo. The app works with resized JPEG copies, with normalized orientation and without the original EXIF/GPS metadata. Copies have a maximum long edge of 1,600 pixels and a maximum size of 1 MiB per photo, with up to 20 photos per service record. Your original gallery files are not changed. Visible information, including faces, license plates or addresses, remains in the image: removing metadata does not anonymize a photo.

No automatic transmission to the publisher

This version includes no account, proprietary synchronization, analytics, advertising, tracking, remote AI or billing system. There is no LEVELHARD service receiving your reports. The Android app does not require the INTERNET permission. System features, file providers, stores and applications you open operate independently.

Exports and sharing

When you export a PDF, sharing image or .vislivo file, you select its destination in the system. Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, email, messaging apps and other providers may store or send the file according to your choices, permissions and their policies. LEVELHARD does not manage these destinations and cannot recall a copy received by someone else. Check recipients and content before sending. Exported PDFs and backups do not have a Vislivo password or file encryption; anyone who obtains the file may read its content with compatible tools.

Device backups and moving to another device

On iOS, app data may be included in your device backup according to your iCloud or computer settings. This is not Vislivo synchronization. On Android, this version disables automatic app backup and declares exclusions for cloud backup and system device transfer; manufacturer services or external copies may behave differently. To move records, manually export a .vislivo backup and keep it in a protected location. Files are limited to 64 MiB (67,108,864 bytes); storage is not unlimited.

Retention and deletion

Records remain in app storage until you delete them. You can edit or delete service records, photos and profile information through the app. Deleting the app or clearing its data may erase local storage; on iOS, offloading an app while keeping documents differs from deleting it. Deletion in Vislivo does not delete gallery originals, exported files, sent copies or system backups. Remove those copies where they are stored, including trash folders when applicable. LEVELHARD has no remote access to recover or delete your device storage.

Temporary copies and recovery

Camera captures, previews and files prepared for sharing may use temporary app or system storage. Vislivo temporary copies are removed when certain flows finish or during cleanup on later use, depending on the platform. Force-closing the app, a failure or not reopening it may delay cleanup; deletion within an exact period is not guaranteed. Some files prepared for sharing may remain in the cache after closing the preview so the destination application can finish reading them. Explicit recovery also preserves a copy of the previous local file, even if invalid, to avoid data loss. Deleting a service record from the library does not remove that recovery copy. Clearing all app data or deleting the app also removes these local copies according to the operating system; first save the records you want to keep. Copies made by other applications remain under their control.

When you contact us by email

If you email support, Roque Ribeiro/LEVELHARD receives your email address, message and any attachments you send. This information is used to respond, investigate the issue and handle rights requests; it is not sold or used for advertising. Send only what is necessary and prefer examples without client data. The email service used for support also processes correspondence. We retain messages for the time needed for support and, when applicable, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; information should then be deleted or anonymized. You can ask about this processing and request deletion through the same contact, subject to lawful retention grounds.

Your rights and information about other people

Where Brazil's LGPD applies, you may request confirmation and access to information processed by the publisher, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, blocking or deletion of inappropriate data, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the applicable basis. Requests are assessed under applicable law, with proportionate identity verification when necessary. Contacting support is optional and processing must rely on the purpose and legal basis applicable to the request, including requested procedures and legal obligations. You may also contact the ANPD and other competent authorities. Rights under other applicable data protection laws are preserved. Information stored only on your device is accessed, exported and deleted by you. When recording clients, colleagues or other people, determine a legitimate purpose and appropriate legal basis, and obtain any required permissions, including image rights. Explain use and sharing and record only what is necessary. If you are a client of a professional who used Vislivo, contact that professional about their records. LEVELHARD can provide guidance but does not have their report database.

Protection and updates

Use a screen lock, keep your operating system updated and protect export destinations. Vislivo is not a vault with its own password and does not promise to prevent access by someone who controls the device or a file copy. Material policy changes will have a new version and date, with in-app information when processing changes. This version does not automatically authorize new uses of your data.
