RoqueRibeiro

Leads AI in software engineering. And proves it in his own lab.

IT Manager at Bradesco, leading the AI Engineering CoE and BIA Tech. Speaks on AI-DLC and, to back what he preaches, keeps a personal lab called RoqueOS: apps on all three app stores, 21 games and tools for musicians come out of it.

level 01 — About

Twenty-five years building software in high-complexity environments: Yazaki, Accenture, Netshoes, Mercado Livre, Americanas, Avanade and, today, Bradesco. I do not believe in slide-deck AI; I believe in the kind that runs. Every thesis I defend at the bank becomes an experiment in my lab, and what works ships to the stores, so the people who work with me can see it up close.

Experiments

The lab is called RoqueOS. Every experiment starts as a test of an AI-in-the-development-cycle thesis and only stays if it is truly useful: published, with people using it.

RoqueOS

The lab: an entire operating system in the browser.

Windows, dock, Launchpad, a Docker container store and native AI agents. On the Web and approved on all three stores (Apple, Google and Microsoft). It is where the other experiments are born and where the AI development harness runs in a loop.

Harness

The whole AI development cycle, running on its own.

A plugin that chains research, design, build, visual QA, store publishing and documentation in a loop, with an executable acceptance gate. It is the AI-DLC thesis put to the test: it built the games, the apps and this site.

Cadentia

The musician's toolkit, running entirely on the device.

Tuner, metronome, real-time stem separation, a mini DAW and an air guitar through the camera. It started to help me study music; today a community asks for features. iOS on the App Store, desktop in alpha and Android in beta.

myABBA

The native apps for Nelson Borges' devotional project.

myABBA is Nelson Borges' non-profit devotional platform. I built the native apps, iOS and Android, with the same harness as the other experiments: the site and the content are his.
