Data on your device
Pet profiles, photos, routines, completion records, manually entered contacts and care instructions are stored in the app. There is no account, developer server, advertising, analytics or tracking in the app. We do not access your address book. Tapping a phone number opens the iOS calling action.
Photos you choose
Apple’s photo picker lets you select images. The app saves a resized version without copying original location metadata. It does not change or delete the original in your library.
Optional on-device assistant
The assistant uses Apple’s on-device model. Your description is not sent to a LEVELHARD server or a remote AI API. It requires iOS 26 or later and compatible, enabled, available Apple Intelligence in your language. Apple manages model downloads and availability. Review and confirmation are required before a proposal becomes part of your guide. The assistant does not diagnose or recommend dosages.
Draft and dictation
Your current assistant description, limited to 1,800 characters, is stored in a protected local file, separate from the guide and excluded from system backups. You can clear it in the assistant menu. Generated responses are not stored as factual memory. Keyboard dictation is provided by iOS and follows Apple’s settings and policies.
Notifications and Home Screen
Optional reminders are scheduled locally after permission. Pet names and care titles may appear in previews according to your settings. Reminder preferences stay on this device and are not imported from a caregiver. Home Screen features use a local summary shared only between the app and its extension, without a server. Anyone able to view your screen may see displayed information. Manage notifications in Settings and remove the widget whenever you wish.
Sharing and backups
You choose what to send and to whom using iOS sharing. PDFs contain the information shown in the preview. A .zelipata file contains selected pets and, only if you opt in, contacts and the handoff note. Full backups include data and photos. Exported files have no password of their own and cannot be revoked after sending. Files, iCloud Drive and any other provider you choose apply their own policies. Owner and caregiver copies do not synchronize automatically.
Import and deletion
A received guide is reviewed before import and provides no remote access to the sender’s device. Restoring a backup replaces local data only after preview and confirmation. You can delete pets and contacts; deleting a pet removes its routine and completion records. Uninstalling removes local storage, but not shared files or external backups. Device-wide backups follow your Apple settings.
Apple, support and this page
Apple processes installation, distribution, diagnostics and feedback under its policies and your settings. Information voluntarily sent by email or TestFlight is used as needed to address your request. This page is part of the LEVELHARD website and follows its website privacy policy, linked below, which describes website usage measurement, preferences and hosting.
Your requests and policy changes
To request access, correction or deletion of information sent to support, email roque.ribeiro@levelhard.com.br. Local data is managed in the app and exported copies at their chosen destination. This policy will change when the app’s behavior changes; the current date appears on this page.
