How can we care for you?

Help organizing your pet’s routine and handing care over to someone you trust.
Contact LEVELHARD
Email roque.ribeiro@levelhard.com.br with “Zelipata” in the subject. For a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and the steps you were taking. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.
Start with your pet
Create a pet profile, choose a photo and record food, personality, restrictions, instructions and supply locations. Add care tasks at the times you actually use. Check owner, caregiver and veterinarian contact details.
Share with someone
In the guide area, review a PDF for someone who only needs to read, or export a Zelipata guide for someone who wants to import a copy into the app. Choose pets and review contacts and the handoff note before sending. Future changes do not automatically update a previously sent copy; send a new guide when needed.
Enable reminders
Open Reminders, allow notifications and select care tasks. Check routine times and try a test reminder. If it does not appear, check Settings > Notifications > Zelipata, Focus, Scheduled Summary and previews. iOS controls alert presentation; the app is not an emergency alarm. Daily reminders continue until disabled, even after a task is marked done.
Bring care to your Home Screen
Open Zelipata after setting up your routine. Touch and hold an empty area on the Home Screen, choose the option to add a widget and search for Zelipata. iOS controls visual refresh timing; tap the widget to open the current routine in the app.
Use the assistant
Describe care for one pet at a time, including times. Review names, tasks and instructions before saving. The assistant requires iOS 26 or later and available Apple Intelligence; forms continue to work on other devices. If unavailable, check activation and model availability in Apple Intelligence settings and try again later.
Keep a backup
Export a backup in settings and save it to Files or an enabled provider. Review the restore preview: confirmation replaces current data. A shareable guide is different from a full backup.
Health care
Record only instructions confirmed by the owner or veterinarian. Zelipata organizes information; it does not diagnose, prescribe or replace veterinary care. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian or a local emergency service.
