Brindilo for iPhone and Android keeps your content on your device, with no account or ads. This policy explains each platform’s features and services.

Android — events on your device
Events, guests, manually entered contacts and notes, shopping and amounts, tasks, agendas, photos, manually recorded RSVPs, check-ins and conversations stay in Brindilo’s private storage. There is no account, advertising, event server or automatic synchronization. LEVELHARD does not receive your plans or conversations through the app.
Android — camera, microphone and speech
The camera is used when you request an entry QR scan. Cover photos come from Android’s picker. Microphone access is requested for dictation, which requires on-device speech recognition and has no remote fallback in the app. You may deny or revoke permissions in system settings. Read-aloud uses the installed speech service; processing depends on the voice, settings and provider’s policy and may use the network.
Android — optional assistant
The assistant uses Google ML Kit/Gemini Nano on compatible devices. You confirm model preparation and any required download. Text, event context and results are processed on your device, with no cloud-generation fallback. Proposals may be wrong and require review and confirmation before changing the event.
Android — Google ML Kit technical data
Google ML Kit processes text, images and results on your device. The SDK sends Google usage and diagnostic metrics: device and app information, installation identifiers and, for generative features, user or device identifiers, configured languages, API configuration, input and output sizes, events, errors and performance. It may also check for updates and prepare models. This communication uses HTTPS and may occur when the SDK initializes; it is not limited to an assistant conversation. LEVELHARD adds no usage analytics of its own. The links below explain Google’s processing.
Android — reminders and tickets
Reminders are local notifications you authorize, without push, and may display event details on your lock screen according to your settings. Invitations leave the app only when you choose to share them. An entry QR is a bearer code: anyone holding it can present it, and it does not prove identity. There are no hosted invitation links or online RSVPs; attendance responses are recorded manually on the device.
Android — backup and deletion
You choose when to export, import or share through Android’s system features, without broad file access. The selected destination receives the chosen content and follows its own policy. Exported backups have no password of their own. Automatic cloud backup and automatic transfer of app data between devices are disabled. Deleting records, clearing app storage in Android settings or uninstalling removes the corresponding local data, but not copies you exported or sent. Deleting local data does not delete technical metrics Google may retain under its policies.
iPhone (iOS) — events and assistant
Brindilo organizes events on your iPhone. It requires no account, keeps no event server and does not send your plans to LEVELHARD. Events, guests, shopping, schedules, photos and conversations stay in app storage. Sharing happens only when you choose to export or send a file. The optional assistant uses Apple's model when available. Text is processed on device; suggestions may be wrong and must be reviewed. Dictation follows Apple's settings.
iPhone (iOS) — backups
System backups and exported files follow iOS, Files and your chosen provider's policies. Files have no separate password and do not sync automatically.
