Terms of use

Updated on September 10, 2026

LEVELHARD apps are free, work as they are and ask nothing of you beyond what each app privacy policy describes. These terms apply to all of them.

Who publishes

LEVELHARD apps are published by Roque Ribeiro da Silva and distributed through the App Store, Google Play and the Microsoft Store. By installing or using one of them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, simply do not use it.

License

You receive a personal, free, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the app on your own devices. This license transfers no ownership and does not allow you to resell, rent, sublicense, decompile or redistribute the app outside the store where it is published.

How the app is provided

Each app is provided as is and as available. LEVELHARD does not guarantee that it will be available at all times, that it will work without errors, or that it will suit any specific purpose you have in mind. An app may be updated, changed or removed from the store at any time.

Your content

Whatever you write, record or configure inside an app is yours. None of it is sent to LEVELHARD, except exactly what that app privacy policy describes. Each app has its own policy, published on this site and cited on its store listing.

Intellectual property

The trademarks, names, design and code of the apps belong to LEVELHARD. Third-party libraries used in the apps follow their own licenses, listed inside each app.

Acceptable use

You may not use an app to break the law or violate the rights of others. Safety warnings shown by the app itself, such as the flashing lights warning, must be respected. Where an app asks for adult supervision for children, that supervision is the responsibility of the user.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LEVELHARD is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss or damages arising from the use or inability to use an app. Since the apps are free, there is no refund to issue. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

The stores

Installation, updates and any purchase or refund follow the rules of the store where you obtained the app (App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store). The store is an intermediary: it distributes the app and processes the data of that distribution under its own policy, which LEVELHARD does not control.

Changes

These terms may change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use an app after a change means accepting the new version.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the courts of Brazil have jurisdiction. This does not set aside the consumer rights guaranteed by the law of the country where you use the app, nor any venue that law reserves for the consumer.
